Job Title: Customer Service Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers, and make recommendations as needed
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer service metrics and performance standards
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
