About the RoleThis senior leadership position involves managing a broad range of responsibilities, including safety, quality, risk management, human resources, financial planning, capital allocation, service excellence, and business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direction to ensure commercial terms drive achievement of financial goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate will have experience with large industrial sites, particularly in BC, and expertise in consulting engineering operations, including failure analysis and ability to attend major failure sites to assess damage and assign personnel. Experience in court proceedings to support failure analysis work that results in litigation is also considered an asset.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth and improvement in ELI divisions
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on safety and quality programs
- Build strong relationships with clients based on exceptional service delivery and ethical business practices
- Recruit and develop high-performing personnel to meet business needs
