We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accounting professional to join our team as a Senior Manager - Accounting. This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, plus a bonus based on company performance.

About the Job:

As a Senior Manager - Accounting, you will lead a team of 5-7 accounting staff, conducting complex accounting analyses to support decision-making. You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement efficient accounting processes, resolve accounting challenges independently, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. You will also require a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, fluency in English and Japanese, and exceptional communication skills. Expertise in consolidation processes and complex accounting principles is essential, along with excellent leadership and team management abilities.
