About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Mystery Shopping Specialist. As a Mystery Shopper, you will be responsible for evaluating customer service and store environments in shopping centres and malls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate customer service and store environments
  • Produce reports on your findings
  • Conduct undercover work to gather information
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Reliability and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment

This is a part-time opportunity with a flexible schedule. You will be required to work on an as-needed basis, with a minimum of 3-6 hours per week.

Language

The primary language of work is English or French.
