- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure their success.
- Financial Management: Oversee the financial management of the organization, ensuring effective budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and community leaders.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a leadership or management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and own vehicle, with a willingness to travel regularly, including overnight and internationally.
- Competitive Salary: $100,001 - $500,000 per year.
