Job Title: Charitable Organization Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charitable Organization Director to join our team at Operation Mobilisation Canada.

Job Summary:

The Charitable Organization Director will be responsible for leading our organization's strategic direction, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the effective implementation of our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the organization, ensuring alignment with our mission and vision.
  • Program Management: Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of our programs and services, ensuring they meet the needs of our stakeholders.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure their success.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial management of the organization, ensuring effective budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and community leaders.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Travel: Willing to travel regularly, both domestically and internationally.
What We Offer:
