Job Summary
New York University is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Assistant to provide administrative support for its Global Programs and University Life organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing broad support to a team dedicated to delivering a high-quality study abroad experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for operations, academic programs, and student services.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including maintaining office supplies, responding to internal and external requests, and updating NYU Sydney Google calendars.
- Support academic programs by setting up course folders, uploading course syllabuses, and arranging field trips.
- Contribute to student programming and events, including assisting with student arrival and departure, preparing weekly student communications, and participating in special projects.
Requirements
- Must possess legal entitlement to live and work in Australia.
- Must possess or be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
- Should have experience in the international education sector.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an office administration role.
- Ability to learn and excel in a broad range of duties and responsibilities.
- Excellent intercultural and interpersonal communications skills.
