About the Role:- As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with purchases, and maintaining knowledge of products and promotions.
- Greet and assist customers with their queries, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and pricing information.
- Process transactions efficiently, handle cash register operations, and provide accurate change.
- Organize and replenish merchandise on the sales floor, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, drive business growth, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; prior retail experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and colleagues.
