Job Title: Production Supervisor, Pharmaceuticals

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at PNP Pharmaceuticals Inc. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe production of our pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Environmental and Safety Management: Identify and document potential environmental and safety problems, investigate reported issues, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, establish work schedules, and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards, prepare production reports, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Materials and Supplies: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, organized, and a team player.
