Key Responsibilities- Lead the Regional Hub: Deliver data products that align to the Canada Roadmap and our Global Data transformation strategy.
- Stakeholder Management: Build close relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations on prioritization and delivery.

- Workshops and Interviews: Plan, manage, and run workshops, interviews, and prototyping sessions to elicit, clarify, and agree requirements.
- Requirements Management: Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, concise, unambiguous, and verifiable, conforming to data team principles.
- Communication: Provide regular communication with the business about Canada Hub activities and be an advocate and evangelist for the Global Data Team.
- Stakeholder Management: Skilled at stakeholder management, with the ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders with varying objectives.
- Business Analysis: Strong Business Analysis background with some experience across Data Management, Data Architecture, Data Migration, Data Quality Management, and Information Governance.
- Requirements Elicitation: Experience in requirements elicitation from various stakeholder groups, such as 1-1s and workshops.
- Agile Delivery: Strong Agile delivery experience.
- Communication: Ability to distill complex ideas into concise descriptions that are easily understood by both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaboration: Brilliant communicator, able to confidently engage and inspire stakeholders and colleagues at all levels to generate commitment and create engagement.
