Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Wok Box. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Provide customer service
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods is also a requirement.
