Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at A&W Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee the management of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including menu engineering, pricing, and promotions.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that the restaurant is always stocked and ready to serve.
- Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities to ensure that the restaurant is always clean and safe for customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
