Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Practical Nurses to collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams in providing exceptional patient care in the beautiful Elk Valley, B.C. Our care team members embody a person-centered approach, focusing on supporting individuals' choices, promoting independence, and delivering high-quality care.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work closely with our team to conduct assessments, develop care plans, and provide personalized nursing care to patients. You will also administer medications in accordance with established policies and procedures.

The scope of practice for our LPNs varies depending on the client population, and you will operate within the guidelines set by the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) and our organization's policies and protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and develop care plans for patients
  • Provide personalized nursing care to patients
  • Administer medications as per policy and procedure
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes
Qualifications
  • Graduation from a recognized Practical Nursing program
  • Current full practicing licensure with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current valid BC Driver's License (required for community/home health positions)
