- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a high level of service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Manage the store's budget, including forecasting, budgeting, and controlling expenses.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues promptly. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage budgets and control expenses.
