Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Chevron Town Pantry. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a high level of service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
- Staff Development: Provide training and development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management and visual merchandising.
