Food Store Operations Manager

Canada Limited is seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of store appearance and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance store appearance.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to achieve business objectives.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical ability to lift heavy loads and stand for long periods.
