Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

The Grocery Store is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, optimizing inventory levels and reducing waste.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, providing valuable insights to management and informing business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Noisy.
