Job Title: Administrative Assistant

About the Role:

Didden Professional Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our operations team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
    • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
    • Establish and implement policies and procedures
    • Schedule and confirm appointments
    • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
    • Answer electronic enquiries
    • Compile data, statistics, and other information
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
    • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
    • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
    • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide excellent customer service
    • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with MS Office, including MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Docs
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Flexibility, judgement, and organizational skills

Work Environment:

  • Finance and insurance industry
  • Public transportation available

Job Type:

  • Permanent, full-time position
  • 40 hours per week
