Job Summary

Didden Professional Services Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Record Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and ensuring the smooth operation of our bookkeeping systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals.
  • Payroll Administration: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
  • Bookkeeping Systems: Ensure the proper functioning of our manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
Work Environment
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
  • Transportation: Public transportation is available.
