Job Summary

Btown Services and Collision is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including data entry, email management, and document preparation.
  • Office Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, inventory, and financial records.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, management, and external stakeholders, including responding to emails, phone calls, and letters.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues, including conflicts and technical problems.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to new staff members, including orientation and onboarding.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
