Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional care to our clients, from initial consultations to ongoing hearing health support
  • Maintain expertise in the latest hearing aid technology and provide top-notch service to our customers
  • Collaborate with front office staff to manage client bookings and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Adhere to Operational and Quality Assurance guidelines to ensure exceptional service standards

Requirements:

  • College Diploma from a recognized Hearing Instrument Specialist program or University Degree from a recognized Audiology program or equivalent
  • Current registration in good standing with regulatory college or provincially recognized licensing body
  • Minimum 1 year of diagnostic/dispensing experience (not applicable for initial practice registrants)
  • Current knowledge of hearing health care products and services
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Travel may be required to support clients
