About the Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and professional Client Services Assistant to join our team at Shannex Incorporated. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and mobilizing, according to their individual needs and preferences.
  • Provide social, spiritual, and intellectual activities for residents, promoting a sense of community and well-being.
  • Clean resident rooms, servers, and household common areas, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Administer resident medications as assigned, following all medication management policies and guidelines.
  • Communicate and report relevant information regarding resident care or safety to your supervisor.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a valid post-secondary education in a related field, who is able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. A clear criminal record with vulnerable sector screening is also required.
