Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Crepeworks Southgate is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and train food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Operations: Establish and maintain efficient work schedules, manage inventory, and control costs.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong leadership skills.
