Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food Counter Attendant at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient service.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Setting: Staff accommodation available, with various locations to work.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, and a team player attitude.
