We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Software Engineering Leader to join our team at ServiceTitan. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for driving the technical vision and strategy for our team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the engineering team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Technical Vision: Develop and communicate the technical vision and strategy for the team, ensuring that it aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- System Design and Development: Design, implement, and improve critical systems and components powering our software stack, ensuring that they are secure, available, reliable, and performant.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of the engineering team, including the development of tools and processes to increase productivity and quality.
- Mentorship and Coaching: Mentor and guide engineers across the organization, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their careers.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to ensure that the engineering team is aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior engineering roles, with a strong background in software development and technical leadership.
- Skills: Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft.NET technology stack, SQL databases, HTML5, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as React. Experience with large-scale 3rd party integrations, performance monitoring tools, and continuous integration and delivery methodologies.
- Education: B.S., M.S., or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
