Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Jaylaxmi Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient food preparation and service procedures to meet customer demands.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about food preparation, safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Conduct regular inventory and ordering of food and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Develop and implement budget plans to control food and labor costs.
- Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and walk.
Requirements:- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Knowledge of food preparation, safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
