Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Tim Hortons 109444 is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Supervise food and beverage servers, kitchen and food service helpers, and ensure that they are meeting quality control standards.
  • Manage the work environment, including maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Availability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
