Regional Manager Job Description

GEOCELLCANADA Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our telecommunications department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Manage a team of telecommunication traffic supervisors and staff to achieve departmental goals
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
  • Manage contracts and ensure compliance with telecommunications regulations
  • Oversee the preparation of reports and provide recommendations to senior management
  • Advise senior management on strategic decisions
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and directives
  • Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to achieve high performance
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve departmental goals
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment

  • 35 hours per week
