About the Role
We are looking for friendly, knowledgeable, and professional individuals to join our team who will make meeting the health needs of our patients their top priority. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Prescription assembly and data entry: Process customer transactions, receive and release prescription requests, understand and promote pharmacy programs, file prescriptions, order and replenish supplies, and clean.
  • Drug order creation and receiving, compounding, and pill pack assembly: Schedule professional clinical services, assist the pharmacist with dispensary tasks as permitted by scope, and maintain accurate records.
  • Behind-the-counter management: Conduct cycle counts, narcotic counts, stock returns, tallman lettering, and manual third-party transactions.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 2 years of retail Canadian pharmacy experience or a recognized post-secondary diploma in pharmacy assistance.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to adhere to and implement all applicable company standards.

What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive total compensation package, including flexible work-life arrangements to meet your lifestyle needs. You can expect a salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on your location, work experience, and skills. This is a part-time position with an expected 24 hours of work per week.
