Overview

We're seeking a talented individual to join our Management Training Program at Enterprise Holdings. As a Management Trainee, you'll embark on a comprehensive training journey that will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Our Management Training Program is designed to provide you with a clear career path, with opportunities for growth and development. You'll work closely with experienced professionals, receive hands-on training, and participate in a structured program that will help you master the skills you need to excel in your role.

Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers
  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Managing branch operations, including inventory management and fleet maintenance
  • Leading and developing a team of employees to achieve business objectives

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • A 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited Canadian University or an international equivalent
  • At least 6 months of cumulative experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or a related field
  • A valid Canadian Class 5 driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the last three years
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions within the last 5 years
  • Authorization to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position
