About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated co-op student to join our End User Support (EUS) team at D2L. As an EUS Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, assisting with day-to-day tasks, and training initiatives. You’ll work closely with supervisors, managers, and team members to enhance our support services.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in agent training and skill development to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and managers to assess case backlogs and ensure proper ticket assignment.
  • Perform data entry tasks, including input for our Virtual Assistant accuracy audits and summarizing monthly reporting metrics on tool performance.
  • Research best-in-class organizations providing training and development in specific target areas of interest.
  • Perform additional tasks as delegated by the Manager.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail in daily tasks and projects, with the ability to see beyond individual tasks and understand broader implications.
  • Organized with proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality outputs and meeting deadlines.
  • Creative mindset and stamina to try new things and continuously improve.
  • Able to actively manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and SharePoint) and Salesforce (or similar CRM) is considered an asset.
