Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a book of commercial accounts, focusing on growth and client satisfaction.
- Form strong relationships with clients, educate them on exposures, and provide sound advice on coverage.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of insurance industry experience, including commercial lines experience, preferably managing a book of business.
- Strong working knowledge of commercial auto and property/casualty lines.
- Experience in an insurance brokerage is an asset.
- Alberta Level 1 License; Level 2 preferred.
- CIP or CAIB designation, or working towards, is considered an asset.
Competencies:
- High degree of professionalism and integrity.
- Committed to excellence in customer service and building strong relationships.
- Skilled user of the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
- Experience with Epic software is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated accountability and reliability in the quality and timeliness of work.
- Flexible and adaptable with proven problem-solving skills.
- Works well within a team and independently, adjusting to tight and changing deadlines.
- Critical thinker with strong attention to details.
