Truck and Trailer Sales Director

Brandt Truck and Trailers is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the Kamloops, BC team. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, customer satisfaction, and team performance in the transportation and heavy haul trailer industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of Territory Managers to achieve sales goals.
- Educate and direct Territory Managers to promote company initiatives.
- Monitor key financial metrics, including sales revenue, margin growth, and profitability.
- Manage new, used, and rental inventory levels.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for Territory Managers.
- Conduct regular sales meetings with Territory Managers.
- Analyze and implement effective coverage for the region.
- Engage with large accounts to promote full product support offerings.
- Provide industry trend insights to the Division VP/Branch Manager.
Required Skills:
- Proven sales management experience.
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant education and experience in the heavy haul trailer industry.
Required Experience:
- Ability to drive the sales process from start to finish.
- Strong industry expertise and knowledge in the truck, rigging, and trailer business.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and maintain relationships with key customers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team to pursue and grow the business.
- Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects.
- Ability to travel as needed and possess a valid passport.
