Job Title: Truck and Trailer Sales Manager

Brandt Truck and Trailers is seeking a Sales Manager based out of Kamloops, BC. This position is responsible for leading the Sales team to achieve annual sales goals and ensuring customer satisfaction within the designated region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and drive product sales through a team of Territory Managers
  • Educate and direct the Territory Managers to promote all initiatives within the region
  • Monitor key financial metrics such as sales revenue, margin growth, and profitability
  • Manage new, used, and rental inventory levels
  • Establish key KPIs for Territory Managers and monitor on a monthly basis
  • Conduct regular sales meetings with the Territory Managers
  • Analyze and implement proper coverage for the region
  • Engage directly with larger accounts in the region to promote full product support offering
  • Provide feedback to the Division VP/Branch Manager on regional industry trends
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales management
  • Outstanding customer service and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a highly motivated team
  • A relevant combination of education and experience along with a proven track record in the heavy haul trailer industry
