Job Title: Truck and Trailer Sales Manager

Brandt Truck and Trailers is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our team in Kamloops, BC. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of Territory Managers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales goals
  • Manage and motivate a team of Territory Managers to promote our solutions and offerings
  • Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, including sales revenue, margin growth, and profitability
  • Manage new, used, and rental inventory levels to meet customer demands
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for Territory Managers
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and provide feedback to the team
  • Analyze and implement effective coverage for the region
  • Engage with key customers to promote our full product support offering
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales management, with a focus on the heavy haul trailer industry
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a highly motivated team
  • Relevant combination of education and experience, with a proven track record in sales management
