Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Drake International is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Edmonton. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for working with clients to understand their staffing and productivity needs, preparing a recruitment strategy, and executing that strategy by providing both temporary and permanent recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and posting job ads
  • Screening applicants based on the job opportunities and the known market
  • Proactively sourcing candidates through internal and external resources
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Completing candidate files for placement, including items such as referencing and testing
  • Developing good working relationships with temporary workers and assisting them with their queries, questions, and any concerns
  • Processing payroll, timesheet management, and making sure temporary workers are paid on time
  • Keeping clients up to date and ensuring they receive best-in-class service delivery
  • Exploring new opportunities with client base and further developing relationships
Requirements:
  • A strong customer focus, a keen sense of urgency, and a high level of energy
  • Excellent organizational and relationship-building skills
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Proficient in computer literacy and intermediate knowledge of MS Office
  • Recruitment experience is an asset
