Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Drake International is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Edmonton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working with clients to understand their staffing and productivity needs, developing recruitment strategies, and executing those strategies to provide temporary and permanent recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and posting job ads to attract top talent
  • Screening applicants based on job opportunities and market conditions
  • Proactively sourcing candidates through internal and external resources
  • Interviewing candidates and completing candidate files for placement
  • Developing good working relationships with temporary workers and ensuring they receive excellent service
  • Processing payroll and timesheet management to ensure timely payment
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and ensuring they receive best-in-class service delivery
  • Exploring new opportunities with clients and developing strong relationships
Requirements:
  • Strong customer focus, keen sense of urgency, and high level of energy
  • Excellent organizational and relationship-building skills
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Proficient in computer literacy and intermediate knowledge of MS Office
  • Recruitment experience is an asset
