- Train and develop kitchen staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to minimize waste and optimize ordering.
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high-quality food.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to train and develop staff.
