Job Description

The Senior SAP Supply Chain Specialist will support the SAP system for assigned business units by partnering with unit staff & managers to provide SAP Support/Training, along with assisting with SAP technology solutions that support achievement of business objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing on-going support by identifying and resolving system problems and training end users in the use of SAP and business processes.
  • Assisting in planning the implementation of system changes by contributing to project plans and developing system and technical design specifications.
  • Implementing changes by configuring processes, performing unit and integration testing, coordinating the implementation of the changes, and preparing configuration and user documentation for each project.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years' experience in implementing and/or supporting SAP ECC in related module(s), SAP certification in related module(s) is an asset, as well as business process analysis, system requirements gathering, and user training experience. Knowledge about Middleware server, Data exchange protocols, Interface design is an asset, and experience with SQL inquiry, direct database data retrieval is preferred.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year
