Job Title: Clinical Team Leader

Job Summary:

The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our team. As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Mobile Crisis Service, Walk-In Crisis Services, and Crisis Stabilization Unit. You will provide clinical leadership and coordination, clinical therapeutic interventions, clinical supervision and collaboration, and clinical on-call services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and coordination to the Mobile Crisis Service, Walk-In Crisis Services, and Crisis Stabilization Unit.
  • Develop and implement clinical therapeutic interventions to support clients in crisis.
  • Provide clinical supervision and collaboration to team members.
  • Provide clinical on-call services to support clients in crisis.
  • Develop and implement education and training programs for team members.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g. psychology, social work, nursing).
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a clinical leadership role.
  • Experience in crisis intervention and response.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
