Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during peak hours.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- 3-4 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
