Position Summary

This role involves dividing time between team management (20%) and external client consulting (80%). Responsibilities include supervising a team of consultants and freelancers within the Leadership and Team Development division, optimizing operations, and carrying out client mandates. Work on various projects involving organizations of all sizes across sectors, including developing content for training sessions, leadership development paths, and custom workshops.

  1. Ensure engagement, recognition, performance, and career development of team members.
  2. Create training content on various leadership and team development topics.
  3. Facilitate workshops for clients, from first-level management to executive teams.
  4. Research and analyze trends and tools in adult education, creativity techniques, and innovation processes.
  5. Meet with potential clients, draft business proposals, and follow up on projects.
  6. Coordinate large-scale projects and draft RFPs.
  7. Participate in proposal drafting and demonstrate initiative in business development.
  8. Support implementation and development of organizational and technological changes.
Requirements
  • University degree in organizational development, management, organizational psychology, communications, education sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum five years of experience in management, consulting, advisory services, or human resources.
  • Management experience, an asset.
  • Bilingualism: English and French, both spoken and written.
  • Facilitating group training sessions.
  • Designing leadership development paths and workshops.
  • Energetic, creative, and innovative individual.
  • ACC or PCC accreditation, an asset.

The estimated salary range for this position is approximately $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. This figure may vary depending on factors such as experience, qualifications, and performance.
