Job Summary

We're seeking a Seasonal Store Advisor to join our team at MEC. As a key member of our sales floor, you'll provide exceptional member service by sharing your expertise and advice to match people with gear that suits their needs.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing personalized service to members, helping them find the right gear for their outdoor adventures
  • Sharing your knowledge of MEC's products and services to ensure members have a great experience
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a 'can-do' individual who is passionate about the outdoors and has a strong customer service background. You'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills. Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly wage range of $17.75 to $18.30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. You'll also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, and a generous employee discount program.
