Job Title: Seasonal Retail Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Retail Associate to join our team at Canada Goose. As a Seasonal Retail Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales performance in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in maintaining a visually appealing store environment and ensuring high standards of store maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point of sale systems.
  • Participate in educational initiatives to develop product knowledge and stay up-to-date on brand information.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business results.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Proficiency in another language, Mandarin speaking preferred.
