Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academic Pathologist to join our team at the University of Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering excellence in Endocrine Pathology practice, teaching, and research at the hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in general frozen sections and/or autopsy
  • Participate in diagnostic service for UHN and its client facilities
  • After hours on-call
  • Participate and lead in collaborative or independent research and publishing scholarly work
  • Show evidence of excellent and innovative scholarship in teaching and education
Requirements
  • Medical degree
  • Certification in Anatomical Pathology from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada or its equivalent
  • Eligibility for registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
  • Sub-specialty fellowship in Lung/Thoracic Pathology encouraged
