Security Operations Manager

Fusion Security is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Security Field Support Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing support and supervision to our security staff, ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Conducting briefings and site visits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assisting with alarm response and building patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Liaising with clients and site staff to resolve emergency situations and provide support
- Conducting staff follow-up meetings and providing coaching and guidance to improve performance
- Delivering uniforms and other items to field staff and ensuring they have the necessary equipment to perform their duties
- Auditing reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Performing other administrative tasks as directed by Fusion Security Management
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a security-related field
- At least 3 years of security experience, including experience with alarm response and building patrols
- A valid BC Security License and certification in Occupational First Aid Level 1
- A Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent, with post-secondary education preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Tracktik software
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
