Researcher - AI Deep Learning

At Huawei Technologies Canada Co., Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Researcher to join our team. As a Researcher, you will play a key role in advancing our deep learning capabilities and contributing to the development of innovative AI solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and integrate deep learning models and algorithms to solve complex computer vision and natural language processing tasks.
  • Collaborate with researchers and engineers to develop and optimize deep learning architectures for various applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in deep learning and AI research, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation in our products and services.
  • Evaluate and analyze the performance of deep learning models, and provide insights to inform product development and improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of new AI-powered products and services, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring these solutions to market.
Requirements:
  • Master's or Ph.D. in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Strong software development skills and experience with at least one deep learning architecture (Transformers, GNN, CNN, GAN, LSTM, VAE, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Publications in top-tier conferences and journals in the field of AI and deep learning.
