At Professional Staffing, we are seeking a highly skilled Business System Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and user support of our NetSuite ERP system.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Corporate Finance and Business Operations group to ensure application development and maintenance, user access, and systems stability. You will also be responsible for providing support to our Director - Financial Systems with investigations, documentation, testing, education, and problem solving related to financial systems projects.
In this role, you will execute both technical and analytical functions to ensure smooth business operations. This includes maintenance and development of critical business systems such as NetSuite, MS Dynamics SL, and a modern Azure data warehouse and tabular model with Power BI.
You will assist in the creation and set up of corporate financial reporting packages from various systems. Additionally, you will test software based on our organization's best practices and specifications.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of IT experience working as a Functional, Data, Application, or Business Analyst is required.
Proven experience with NetSuite implementation is essential. Experience with OneStream, Oracle Hyperion EPM, or similar planning and consolidation tools, Power BI, and/or MS SQL Server is considered an asset.
We are looking for a candidate with a solid understanding of business processes and supporting technologies. The ability to understand and resolve complex issues and excellent customer-service skills are necessary.
