As a key member of our IT Business Applications Team at Job Resources, we are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance our suite of business applications.
This role demands expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) as well as familiarity with other business applications, including PLM and CRM systems. The BSA will collaborate with business users, system administrators, developers, and vendors to ensure system stability, enhance workflows, and drive adoption of best practices.
The primary responsibility of the Business Systems Analyst is to ensure the smooth operation of our business applications, especially in supporting and facilitating the transition to D365 F&O.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications and design documents for business systems.
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and procedures, including test script creation and execution, to ensure system quality and performance.
- Design and deliver training plans, create training materials, and coordinate end-user training sessions to ensure effective use of business applications.
- Provide full-cycle support to business application users, ensuring high levels of customer service and issue resolution.
- Manage incidents and support requests from initial investigation through resolution, including designing fixes, conducting testing, and deploying solutions.
