Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Kumon - Brandon. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Office Management: Assist with the management of our office, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the office is clean and organized.
  • Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure effective communication between staff and clients.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with the coordination of projects and programs, including scheduling appointments and managing deadlines.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
